I don't know which one you are talking about, but I think the only way you can use it is if you download the file.

To unzip the .zip file, you'll need WinZip (http://www.winzip.com/). Just download the evaluation version. Then to unzip the file.....

Double Click On The File So It Opens WinZip-->Unzip or install from an exisiting file...-->Click Next Again-->Now Make Sure You Look At Where Your File Is Being Saved To-->Unzip Now
