my domain is detracing.org (it doesnt work at the moment) and basically i bought it from technolojik.net last december. and basically i can't install anything php or perl or anything, like counters, tagboards, .htaccess files, greymatter/b2 etc. i've tried every tutorial i can find and it still doesn't work. i have followed every single tutorial word for word, i just can't install it on the domain, it doesn't work.

Have you ever written to your host? It looks like they support all that.

you would be installing all of that stuff if you are hosting the site on your own computer and have server software installed.

if you have an online host (where you are going to upload your files for the world to see), they are the ones who have all that installed and offered to you.
