is it possible to make a "to do list" in flash?

i need one where the user of the flash can make their own things to do, and check them off, but be able to save them??

I think it would be really hard, but i really need it.

y always flash? i mean flash is made for more interactivity in sites, its hard to use advanced things like that and making a guestbook etc. it IS POSSIBLE not with html with php and then import the results of the php script in flash but don't ask me how, its pretty complicated
