I wanna get pics with the film thing around them. As if it were a roll of film. An example of it is this: http://www.vision-gal.org/domain/playouts.html -its the layout she has on the site named Britney and Boys. On the top she has the film thing and pics inside it. How can I get that on PSP?

(im working with PSP7, anything else wouldnt be that different)
For the top and the bottom of it, i'd start on with 2 lines spaced apart, and then put small holes in them with the present shapes tool. Do this on the top nad bottom of where you want your film strip to go.
Then, I would take the pics you want, and copy and paste them in another image, and scale them down (if you need to) to just overlap the outside you just did. *If its on a diagonal, make sure you dont cut off anythnig you want when laying the pics down in next step*
Create a new layer on the image of the film strip you did first, and put the images down on that. If its a diagonal, take out anything you need to, and fit them on the strip.
Once your finished, add this to your lay-out thats already done, and if you want, you can add it in a new layer and lessen the opacity to make it faded.
Thats it, your done!!!

... or you could use a brush. A lot of people like to use film negatives in their layouts, and they normally use brushes- search among the well-known designing domains and you'll find them! The only other option I can think of is blending a picture of a filmroll thingy off say, gettyimages, with whatever you want to put inside the frames. That could take a while though- I find blending really hard.
