My hover buttons won't work on my main.html page, with the frames news4kidz.esmartkid.com (http://www.news4kidz.esmartkid.com/main.html) but they work on the left.html page http://www.news4kidz.esmartkid.com/left.html what's the problem here?

Your buttons look & work exeactly the same from both links for me! There is no hover though - just an onclick event that looks like a button click.
