Alrighty, i have my 32x32 image, in icon.format, but how do i change the actual icon?
I right click on it and it doesn't say 'Change picture' or anything like that x___x
How do i do it?

right click > properties > change icon > browse

Not all of them let you change it though, i know some of mine (like psp) dont have the change option for some reason.

Its not working for any of mine....unless i'm going insane
