Paint shop pro or photo impact?
which one is easier to use and with better effects??

p.s. i've got photoshop alreadee, but i find it difficult to use. So i wanna get paint shop pro/ photo impact

Paint shop pro!
I used to think Adobe was hard too, I used to hate that program. But after a while i learned to really like it -- i just played around in the program, never opening the instruction book. I eventually figured out what to do. Now i'm constantly in adobe :)

I prefer Paint Shop Pro. Photoshop takes longer to load and isn't as user-friendly as Paint Shop Pro. Well, that's my opinion at least. Most people consider Photoshop to be more "professional".
