the guy who started my webpage has done a runner and I would like to start completing it. I have know idea where to start....or even how to get access to the webpage to work on it........
hoping someone can shed some light!

Do you have to use FTP?

you will need to know the account ID and password to access any website. if you don't know this information, it may take a long while to get into it. you would have to contact the hosting company and explain the situation and continue from there. if your site has a "real" domain name (Whatever.com) then that is yet another task to deal with as well.

Try contacting the guy.
If u payed for the host then he needs 2 tell u the ID and password to access the account.
