Are there any good, or even just OK, graphics programs out there for Macintosh computors that are free ~ or really cheap? Also would they edit photographs? Or would that have to be done in another program? I searched the forums but couldn't find anything specifically for Macs. I'm trying to learn how to make my own but can't figure out what to use.

if you want to actual purchase it i would suggest going to www.amazon.com or www.ebay.com and look for your program of choice there. They are allot cheaper there :)
