Hello, I'm new.

Sorry if this isn't in the right forum, I know some HTML, some, and little to no CCS, so if this is the wrong forum, I'm sorry then..

I'm learning more about HTML and codes and stuff, and I mastered how to make a background just a bit back. :)

Now, if anyone goes to neopets, they'll know what a lay out..

Does anyone know how to make layouts and blogs? Or a site or a GUIDE, to making them?
If sites aren't allowed(I read the rules) then.. sorry for that.

But any help would be greatly appreciated..(if I spelt that right.. I'll be darned! ^.^)

Or did you mean how to make blog layouts.
