does any one know how to make a tag board in html? I would like to make my own not sign up on a site if possible

I know tagboards can be made with HTML, but I am not sure exactly how...I do recommend zonkboards though, as they are customizable to a certain degree and only contain a small link back to the site :).

Tagboards aren't strictly HTML; they have to use CGI or PHP as well.
