How do you allow the people browsing your site to choose what skin to view the site in? like in http://www.mizjenna.com/~mizgraphics/ and http://www.bigpinkcookie.com/skins/index.php

If you look at the URL when you click on the links, it's a different URL. For example, on the main page it's just there, then when you click on the sail boat, the URL changes to "/sailboat" :-\ Hope you get what I'm saying (the layouts are different). Though I"m not positive this is right.
