Hi All :-D

I'm currently on aim and I'm trying to show a friend a graphic I made my direct connecting. However, it won't go through. This error message appears:


[Screen Name Here] has not responded; no connection was made. (Your 'Internet Connection Firewall' may be on. If you and your buddy are each behind a different firewall, then the connection will not work.).

How can I fix this? Or is it out my control? Should I contact my vendor, or whoever I purchased the computer from? lol I'm confused. Thanks in advance

Firewall has to do with ISP/internet settings. So your ISP would be the one to ask about it :)
