I am having a problem with my paint shop pro 8! I just downloaded it again but i can't get a transparent image on my background! I have no idea why and i have been reading all day!Any one know what is wrong????Please help!!

Ive got psp8 too and I'm still trying to figure it out, but maybe this will help.
You can only do transparency with gif images(i think) so you'll have to fill the background of ur image with a color that isnt in ur image, then go to file, export, then gif optimizer.
After that, click on the areas that match this color, and change the color to your background then press okay. Then ur done! just change the image in your html code to gif.

That's what I have been doing but when I had it before I could just import a transparent image but i deleted it then I downloaded it again and now all the settings were lost that I had so I can't do the graphics like I used to!:) But I have been reading and they changed everything so I'll figure something out but thanks for replying!
