i tried to keep my images small, but they took FOREVER to load for me, but my friend said they were fine, i'm on DSL, and so is he..... http://www.5sidedsign.net i use some gifs and some jpgs and i tried to be smart about it and the sizes and stuff.

most are jpg images, the one i have the most problem with is on the index.html, the background...:-\ it takes a good 7 seconds to load, my friend said he got it in about 2 and it wans't a big deal....and another thing, that picture only works well in 1024x768, anything i can do to make it work well in other resolutions?
