You have to target your links.

For one of your buttons, your have:
<a href="http://www.geocities.com/hp_lotr_fan/quotes.html"><img src="quotesbutt.jpg"></a>

Just add:
<a href="http://www.geocities.com/hp_lotr_fan/quotes.html"><img src="quotesbutt.jpg" target="framename"></a>

I think the name of the frame you want the link to appear in is "practice"?
