Hi - I need help with designing screensavers and wallpaper.
I want to create a screensaver which is small, compact
and with a fast downloading time.
It would probably be done with flash and contain mainly
text one or two pictures some motion with a few links back
to my website how would I go about setting up such a project.

Similar for the wallpaper.

To my knowledge, you cannot make a screensaver in Flash, unless you buy additional software. If I'm wrong and anyone knows how to make a screensaver in Flash, please correct me!
