Hello,

can anyone help with the following:

I want to set up forms that can be filled in online and which do
not necessarily have to be printed to be filled.
Also the forms should not be able to be changed in anyway once
been viewed or filled.
I have heard of e-forms.
How do these work and where can I get more information.
Can I set up a template with links etc. on such a form
can they be done on word or acrobat.

Any help at all would be great if possible (links etc.)

Thanks for your help in advance.

Try looking at Bravenet (http://www.bravenet.com)'s e-mail forms to see if that's what your looking for.
