That's the question. I know you can prevent direct linking of images and so forth. Would that be html or some kind of custom stlye sheet? Or am I just dreaming?

those are two different things... bypassing frames and direct linking to images.

the frames part, there is no foolproof way of securing that. you can try encoding, scripts, and so forth, but any webpage seen on the internet may be accessed and code viewed.

for direct linking of images, do a search for htaccess and that will hold your answer. i believe it is part of lissa's site tutorials already plus being discussed previously in this forum area.

Ha! Yeah I knew there was tutorials on preventing direct links of image here. That's what got me asking about this, and the fact that one of my pages on my new site got hijacked already, before it was even up.

And there is no foolproof way of blocking anyone from doing anything on the net, but I won't make it easy on them! Is there anything special to encoding frames then?

Now that I've meditated on it I think I know how to do it.
