Need info. on the following.

I want a flash intro. to my website.

I need my logo to appear all mixed up on the screen and then box by box it moves around until it finally appears correctly and in order.
It would be like those wooden games children have with one square missing and they have to make the picture.

Any ideas - need serious help here.
