What kind of paint thingie is best to use, and how much would it cost? I really want a new paint thingie becuase the one i have kind of ^^^^s!

If you mean software to make graphics in then, Microsoft Paint will do, or Adobe Photoshop is good too

I wouldn't use MS Paint. I suggest you buy/PhotoShop or Paint Shop Pro

I think paint shop pro is at version 8
and photoshop is at version 7

PSP is easy, but somewhat inflexible
PS is harder, but you can acheive much greater things of lots of variaties
