I don't know if it's a fram I want or what.... I need a place on each page of my site where all the pages are listed and can be clicked on as links. Basically, I'm trying to make something like what Lissa has at the top of all the pages on this site. Is that a frame?

lissa uses a table type layout although a frame type layout may also be used in a similar design.

I recommend using tables along with SSI or PHP to make coding each page easier. Ask for help about this topic in Advanced Programming sub-forum here on LEIA.
