Hi there,

i have this weird question that i can't find somewhere else. So i probably guess it's a tough one but o well, do your best =P

I'm making a new layout right now and i have 800x600 resolution. I have a background that has for 50% a plain colour but the rest (more to the right) is little squares (like you have in PSP when you start a new image). The background fits perfectly in 800x600 but when you view it in a bigger resolution you will see white

so my question is basically:

can you put 2 backgrounds on a page so that the one i describe above is on top and the other (only squares) is below that so that when people view it with bigger resolution the background just goes on with the squares. So that the second background can be viewable on the white parts.

1111111123000000000000
1111111123000000000000
1111111123000000000000

basically that above is my background, 1=grey 2=white and 3=black. Then the 0=squares. Then when you make the screen bigger the space next to the 0 will turn white or any colour that is set as background colour. What i want to solve is that i have a squares background below this one that continues.

Or if anyone has any other idea for this please let me know. like there's maybe a way to make 1024x768 (??) background but when you view it with 800x600 you don't have to scroll to the right.

I hope you guys understand this. If not let me know ;) Thanks for reading this!

Love,
Mirna

Nevermind about this question. I got it figured out. The background i used didn't showed me an scrollbar at 800x600 although it was an 1024 background

but thanks anywayz for reading this :)
