how can u change the hair color on picture? i didnt it before but i cant rmemeber how.. it was a tutorial...i cant find it! somebody help me.. i have PSP7

uhm well this is how i would do it...

I would use the color replacer... u take ur dropper tool and right click on the color u want to replace and choose another color with what u wanna replace it with...then u click on the color replacer tool...and u drag it over the hair...and it should turn the hair the color u wanted...then i would take the retouch tool and do lightness and darkness and smudge and smooth ^_^

it's not working :( could you help me some more... please?????? somebody...anybody :(
