how the heck do i make one!? i can't find anything on making counters other than that they use cgi (and by that i mean the only thing i know about them is that most of em use cgi) i'm not really sure if this should be here by the way

Are you trying to CREATE one, or would any counter do? If you like premade ones, then www.okcounter.com is probably the best.

actually i'm signed up to okcounter.com i like it alot. you know how they have a form to post ur own design for a counter? well i cant get it to work, so i was wonderin how to make a graphical based one (assuming i could do it). anyway thnx for replyin

CGI would be the best way.
