Hi!! when i try to link different sites on my site my host trys to read it as its my page, but its not and it says page not found, but its not on my site it is a different site! What do I do? Here my site (http://www.freewebs.com/mariahoney)

I forgot to tell u's, you have to kind read in the second paragraph and look for a link that says Mariahs Charmed and thats what wont let me leave my frame! AH! ok thanks!
