so I know how to put a title for the head for her website, but I was wondering how to put a picture beside it, kind of like how there's a butterfly for this one, and the youtube logo for facebook etc. thanks! :)

I think you are talking about favicon, you can do your own favicon with icoFX, it's free, and it adds itself to the head of the pages. So when you type, yoursite.com, you will see your favicon next to the title of the page.
