How do I upload an image to my server?

Who is your Web host?

Either use your webhost's uploading facility or use FTP.

I currently use Freeservers (I'm about to change, but) and with them you have a filemanager where you upload stuff. You should either have that or FTP, but if you say your host I'm sure someone can help guide you though the process.
