I don't do much graphics work any more. :P I've been stuck on PHP for years; I'm getting into Visual Basic and C now.

Ahh, I had a lot of fun with Visual Basic in college. I made an A in first course, but I had to drop out of Advanced Visual Basic in my second semester due to health reasons. The syntax is a little different, but it was still enjoyable:)

So far I'm loving it. :D I've made basic calculators and I'm moving on to more useful programs. I recently finished a file downloader (similar to wget from terminal) so I'm going to remake my site once again to accommodate my new hobby. :D

Hehe. I wanted to program something for my website for people to download, but I couldn't think of anything useful that people would need. Nothing that I knew how to program at that point, anyway:stickout:

If you're programming in VB now, am I right in assuming that you have Microsoft Visual Studio? I've only ever used the VB IDE on that program (I just had the free copy that came with my textbook), so I've often wondered how the other language IDEs work:D

Yeah, I've tried finding another forum that's to do with HTML, CSS and Web development but most I've found are either inactive or only have help forums for Web development. Although its nice to have these sections it'd be nice to have a section for discussing Web dev related topics and reviewing each others latest designs/templates and stuff...maybe Lissa can add a new Web dev chat section?

I was registered back in 05 but I got banned (I'm 16 now so count the years down :P). The forum was closed for a good 2 years and I did check to see if the forum reopened every few months...I thought the site was being left behind as I presumed nothing had been updated in a long time.

I think it'll be a while before the forum gets back to the way it was; if it ever gets back to the way it was, that is.

Hopefully it will. People will find it again.

I hope we can have a decent sized, perhaps not as large as it was before, amount of people come back. I really missed this place and am very happy to see it back up and running. =)

Glad to see everyone :) Hope you're all doing well! I haven't updated the site in a while, it seems I never really have any time to sit down and focus. I had a bit of a lull in my job so that's why the forum is back up!

I agree with you, Douglas! I would check the site every once in a while hoping to see if the forum was back, especially after losing the link to the temporary forum (gah, Firefox's tendency to reset bookmarks). Anyway, it is kind of strange that it's back after all this time, but it's cool that it is. :D
