as cherchezlafemme said, there is no code for blogs... the sites she gave are ones that are "automated" or do the posting for you, sort of. as for making one yourself, there are probably millions of different blog layouts out there, from a simple textarea to a complex design with images and div layers. you can code one yourself, have someone else code it for you, or get it from a free layouts site (if you don't want an automated kind). for free layouts try layoutland.com, daydreamgraphics.com, xentrik.net, or search google for "free layouts".
