i know this question is probably dumb but i just can't think how to do it.
basically i have a background image, which is just one big image, and i don't want to tile it or anything.
on most screens its fine. but i feel quite sure that on a bigger screen, things will just spill out onto the blackness surrounding it, and it will probably look quite poor.
so how do i keep everything within the area i want? or something to thta effect or soemthing that ahs a similar end.
sorry i know this question is probably mind numbingly stupid and it probably just seems like a really bad idea. but i'd like to know how to do it. i like how it is now. and just want to make sure it doesn't go pear shaped if someone with a big screen looks at it.
i'm hoping it's nice and easy . but if worst comes to worst i can just give up and tile the background i guess.
thanks for any help
and sorry this doesn't have a better title but i didn't know what to call it (or what to search for) and sorry if its in the wrong place. i don't care what kind of code it is really. css jsut seemed most likely for soem reason.
meh.
