I noticed on alot of sites lately that theres alot of cool new link effects, is there a place where I can learn these? I guess I've been out of the HTML loop a while :)

i have it set up, when i mouse over the effect happens
but when i first view the page, i dont see the links
when i mouseover theyll appear the correct colour
can anyone explain?
