Ok, well, I make layouts for Xanga. Part of the layout making is to make bold, italicized, and underlined words different colors. Well, when I give them a color such as white (#ffffff) they don`t turn that color. Also, when I do marquees, the words don`t move. I would like to know why the words I give color to aren`t changing colors and I would also like to know why marquees aren`t working on my computer. Is it because my computer is old? lol. I would also like to know if there is anyway to make them work! Please, please help me. Sorry if I was a little confusing.
