ok..i was wondering how you would go about using your own music that you have on your computer and say put it on a xanga..? or does anyone know of any good sites to get music for a xanga..other than asian avenue because thats what i use now.

I don't know what Xanga is or anything but I do know how to put your music on the internet.
You can reduce the bitrate of the track by downloading this trial version of
CDmaster (http://www.zittware.com/Products/CDMaster32/Tutorials/mp3_bitrate_conversion.html)
Once you've done that you can just upload it to your site as you would a normal file. It still takes up a lot of space though so I hope you have a nice large site.

This might be illegal, although I don't think so because it's not bringing in profit.

Um.. You can upload it on angel fire or nething and use this code put it in your header part of your xanga < the first box>
