i know pick-me.net has a list of people that are hosting but is there any others? cause thats for like small sites!

or buy a domain with the space you want at

or just visit loads of domains and check if they have a "hosting" page up if so you can fill in a form or whatever they have and make a chance.

my tip is to be atleast some kind of friends with the owner of that domain. The host i had was a very good friend of my and that's just the best if you can just talk to each other etc and not like "when you have a problem you can IM me" and that's it.
