what's the difference between photoshop elements and psp8? if any....and which would u prefer purchasing to make website graphics?? thanks! :) (b/c im not sure which to buy)

i'm not sure though what you mean by elements, but if you are talking about things like brushes brushes from psp have .jbr as extension and brushes from photoshop have .abr as extension. but mostly you can just rename them to use for both
