What HTML do I use if I want my blog tables (when someone looks at all my blogs) to be transparent?

Let's say I want whenever I bold something, I want it to be a different color than the rest of the text.. do I have to change the color EACH time I type it? or is there an easier way? Thanks!

For the first one, you just type in transparent instead of a color number. For the second, it should be easy to change since the blog entry has its own editor. It's a drop-down menu, isn't it (clicking on the A with the black line under it will give you different color choices for your text).
