Whenever I write text in my tables, the tables get bigger with the text..is there a code that will make the text automatically start a new row, instead of putting <p> in everytime?

If you have set a width for the table, the text should automatically go to a new row. It won't if the text is a continuous line though, with no breaks/spaces.
