Ok, so this is what I want to make. I want a site where everyone can access it for my literary magazine. However, I want a section where people can submit their pieces or images for the council to consider whether or not they will accepted in the magazine. I want that part, the Editor's part to be a screen name entrance only. I have a little html experience. Is this possible and can someone help me figure it out. I really appreciate all the help!! :)

All similar sites I have visited use more advance scripting such as cgi and php. I do not know however how to make those.

ok, is that for only the password or the document submitions. I was wondering its was possible for other to upload a document from one page and send it to another. Does anyone know how to do that?
