This question has been bugging me for awhile now...
Alright, so, the thing is, i know how to put background images on my site, but I cant get a picture to stay and only the words scroll up or down.
It is probably easier than it looks, seeing almost everyone does it, but if you wouldn't mind helping me, I'd most appreciate it!

add to your <body> tag:

bgproperties="fixed"

so for example like this:

<body background="urlhere.gif" bgproperties="fixed">
