hi um i hear iframe alot but i dont know what the difference between iframe and a frame, reason is that i found this scroll bar transparency code and she said it works with only iframe could you please tell me the different, if there is a difference between iframe and frame then could you please give me a site that helps you with iframe thanks alot for all your help.

Inline frame is just one "box" and you can place it anywhere on your site.

Frames are a bunch of 'boxes' put together to make one site with many pages.

That probably didn't make sense.
