I just got CuteFTP 8 Professional! No more FireFTP! (Although it was good, it didn't have some features I needed).

Does anyone else use CuteFTP, and if so what do you think of it?

I use CuteFTP 7 Pro and I don't like it! First of all, the CHMOD function doesn't work! I always have to log in to my cPanel to change the permissions... And it sometimes deletes my files... :confusion Can't really explain, but... ok when modify a file in CuteFTP and then save the changes, it doesn't save it, so I have to log out because I can't do anything else. And when I log in again I see a .pureftp93439403 file instead of MY file! :mad: And when I tried to open it, it said I don't have permissions to access that file. Grr. That pureftp file disappears when I log in to CuteFTP next time.

Ok... I'm done ranting.

Where can I get CuteFTP?

I use Smart FTP, and I've always been very satisfied:)
