I have a shoutbox in one of my cells and it never ends when someone posts..check it out

i tried making it an iframe and the scroll bar covers the messages where you cant see some of it and it's really annoying, what else can i do to fix this problem?? i dont know what to do. Thank you for your help!!! :):)
