How do I make good/GREAT layouts on photoshop 7 with CSS?Please do help and tell me!!So far,I can only make quite good/bad layouts lately...

Uhm, it really is about practice and effort. You can't just wake up and make a great layout, it takes preparation. Look up tutorials and other things on google, they have layout tutorials and lots of other neat things. ^.^ dont be so discouraged though, it takes time.
