Does anyone know a good quality free graphics maker program?:confused:

i might sound like im joking but im not i actually find the best **free** graphics program is paint but in good with the pixel by pixel takes 3 hours to make a smiley face stuff if your arent well sorry but i cant help you

You'll find that The GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/) is a much more capable program than MS Paint, though it does have a steeper learning curve.

Paint .NET (http://www.getpaint.net/index2.html) and Pixia (http://park18.wakwak.com/~pixia/) are my two favourite free graphics editing programs.
