It's about $650ish, but compared to other programs it's relatively cheap. That's why if you want to buy a graphics program that isnt as expensive but good to learn with, you should get Paint Shop Pro or even free programs like GIMP.

PSP8 is pretty cheap and it comes with AS3.I make most of my graphics with them and it's a really nice program.
