Hello , well I am trying to code
this layout , but I don't know how . I have already the CSS and all the
other javascript , misc . stuff , but withouth the layout =s being correctly
I can't move forward .

I will cooperate with everything you guys ask me , I want { really } to have this site up , before the 29th of January .

This is the layout , I don't mind if we use tables , div frames , or whatever .

Hi lain_chan,
All you have posted is a simple image file. You say you have CSS etc already. Then please post them so we can get some kind of context of what you are after. If anyone posts a layout without knowing what code you've already got then that would lead to untold problems.
So post more detail and we'll take it from there.
