I'm wanting to do something like this: url (http://profilejewels.net/grafix/specialties/Weekend/000000inkbeauty.gif) but i cannot figure it out. I used to be able to do this years ago but because i haven't used my graphics programs in years i have forgot. I have searched the net and i cant find anything on glitter border tutorials. Does anyone here know how to do this? Any help is greatly appreciated
