I want a really good graphic making program.Should I get like paint shop pro,adobe photoshop 7,adobe photoshop cs2,or something else?Whats best?

It depends on what kind of graphics you want to make. Photoshop is the best, no doubt, but it's more expensive too and it's not-so-easy-to-use. Paint Shop Pro is good for avatars, banners and other graphics, but if you want to make website layouts or something like that, then Photoshop is what you need. Good luck! :)

If you want a free program thats permanent, then try searching GIMP
I use it, its really easy to get the hang of, and you can do animation on the same program.

There are a few tutorials around the web, and I hope to make some on my website; No Advertising! (i made the graphics on that with GIMP)
