It's just a regular HTML page with a link to the main site...

A splash page is just plainy an enter page but with a little kick! You add links, top site links, and other stuff. Splash are not things with codes or anything (unless you want to put some that is) an example of a splash page is here:

Click on 'Click Here' notice how Starlet (Yes, that's her site) added fanlistings, Vote 4 me stuff, and her site meter? Well that is just one example of a splash page. Remember all you need is some imaginative ideas because the way a splash page looks, has, or does is ultimately up to you! :D
